Under 30 minutes to Boston and big enough to host 12 without feeling cramped like sardines. In fact the beautiful finished basement which has lots of entertainment options can easily fit more people. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Definitely will look to stay here again the next time we have a big gathering in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Todd’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable. The games in the basement and the board games in the living room were a huge hit with the kids, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. Todd even accommodated us with a crib, high chair and stairs safety gate. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture and beds were very comfy. The kids really enjoyed the game room and adults enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend to any other visitors looking for a close place to stay near Salem or Boston area. We would definitely rent this again!!!

Todd's place was perfect. We had 13 people and there was plenty of room. The bathrooms are great, the shower heads are like rain (you control the pressure). Neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The kitchen has everything you need. The coffee maker is great. The game room downstairs is fun, lots to do. At night, when you are tired and worn out from travel, the house is quiet and cozy and a good nights sleep was had by all. We would rent again from Todd, hands down!

Amenities and house were excellent!!! Highly recommend. Clean, quiet, perfect for large group (10 of us aged 16-80). Great location- easy access to Boston by car or via train. Short drive to other touristy locations. Host was responsive, which was crucial since he’s in the process of updating “house manual” and we weren’t sure what was required. Rethink going in June when the cost is more than double any other time of year…still better than a hotel in downtown Boston.

We were a group of four ladies and loved this house! The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfy, and the patio beautiful. The location is perfect as it's close to both Salem and Boston, which were on our to do list. We took a down day to stay in and chill out. The neighborhood was perfect; quiet suburban, with plenty of choices from which to have food delivered. Todd's communications were perfect. He made sure we got in the house and had everything we needed, without over communicating. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

What a wonderful stay! From check-in to check-out, Todd kept us informed with everything we needed to know about the airbnb. The property itself is incredibly spacious and wonderful for relaxing/entertaining, especially in the basement. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe ad well. Todd was a great host. He was responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The location of the house is perfect— close to everything I had planned but not in the way of Boston traffic. The house itself was also really nice and looked like the pictures, though I felt it could’ve been just a tad more clean. The rooms and areas were spotless but then the walls and moldings everywhere had noticeably dirty markings. It’s a small and often forgotten detail so it didn’t take away from anything. Overall, I would definitely come back to this house, it’s great for larger groups and Todd was amazing!

Todd was a great host during our family trip to the Boston area. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for our family. He was super communicative and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions. The location was great, on a nice quiet street, but close enough to the city, stores, and restaurants to make it convenient. The house was beautiful and well-stocked with nice cookware, plenty of utensils, quality linens and towels — everything you need so you’re not scrambling to find basics. You can tell that they put real thought into making guests feel at home. The location was fantastic, and we had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Todd was an exceptional host from beginning to end. His communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely thoughtful, and you can tell he truly cares about the experience his guests have. Every question was answered quickly, and he made the entire stay feel smooth and stress free. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. There is plenty of room to spread out, relax, and feel at home. The layout is comfortable and functional, but also warm and inviting. What really separates this home from most Airbnbs is the quality of everything inside. The cookware is sturdy and high end, not the typical thin rental pans. The blankets are soft and luxurious, the pillows are supportive and comfortable, and the towels are thick and spa like. The bedding feels comparable to a boutique hotel. So many rentals cut corners on the little things, but this home is clearly cared for and thoughtfully stocked. We could not have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again.
